Who am I?

I'm Brayan Rastelli, a Fullstack Web Developer / Software Engineer & Tech Lead from Sao Paulo, Brazil.

I'm involved in web development for more than 12 years now, and still I'm always in a constant pursuit of new technologies to work with to make things faster and more efficient. I have an extensive knowledge of PHP and its frameworks, most notably of the Laravel Framework, having created a Laravel course to train Brazilians and worked on a few technical books as a reviewer. I have also worked with the most used Javascript frameworks such as AngularJS and VueJS, as well as libraries like jQuery, Prototype, etc.

Here's some projects that I have worked on

When I started at Ricochet360 I was responsible to implement their CRM/Call-Center SaaS SPA. I developed both front and back-end, most notably their calling features (inbound and outbound) using some pretty cool technologies like WebRTC and Websockets. After some time the team grew and I became the lead developer, helping the team with sprint planning, code reviews, hiring new tech, etc. portfolio image

At the time I stayed at Tray Ecommerce I participated in two teams, first one was the e-commerce project, where I was able to work on a big Market place integration with Mercado Libre, the biggest market place in South America. Then I moved to their payment gateway team, where I learned a lot about processing payments, and new technologies like Ruby/Rails.

At Swoogo I help them improve and maintain their event management SaaS, using PHP, Javascript, Postgres and AWS. I also contribute with the team by doing code reviews, pair programming, etc.
